Finding this in the UI
- Header — next to the Branch Switcher, a small cloud icon with a size readout (e.g. "42.3 MB").
- There is no dedicated Cloud Storage page, and no left sidebar or footer link — this indicator lives only in the header.
What it shows
The figure is your total stored file size, automatically formatted as KB, MB, or GB depending on how much you've used. It reflects everything your company has uploaded across the system — repair library files, damage report images, product photos, VAT certificates, and so on.

Tips
- If the number seems higher than expected, review the Repair Library and product image uploads first — media files are usually the biggest contributors.
- This indicator has no click action; it's informational only.
