The bell icon in the header and its full-page history — every alert TimeFlow has sent you, in one place.
Updated · Getting started & account
Before you start
Available to any logged-in user — what you see is scoped to your own account and follows your Notification Settings.
Finding this in the UI
- Header → bell icon — a dropdown showing your most recent notifications, with a Mark all read action and a link to view everything.
- Header → bell icon → View all (or go directly to
/dashboard/notifications) opens the full page. - The left sidebar and footer do not have direct links here.
The dropdown
Click the bell to see a short list of recent notifications. Unread ones are visually distinct. Use Mark all read to clear the unread count at once, or click a notification to open whatever it relates to (a job card, invoice, task, etc.).
The full Notifications page
- Tabs — All, Unread, and Read, each showing a count badge.
- Search — filter notifications by text.
- Mark all as read — clears unread status across the current filter.
- Click any notification to jump straight to the related record.
Tips
- If you're not receiving a notification you expect, check Notification Settings (Header → profile menu → Settings → Notifications, owner/manager only) — email and in-app alerts are controlled per category there.
- Use the Unread tab as your daily to-do list for anything that needs a response.
Frequently asked questions
